How it works

Connect your number
You link your WhatsApp Business account to our platform through Meta's official sign-up flow. You stay the owner of the account and the number.

We set up your assistant
We configure an AI concierge for your business, for example to answer candidate questions, collect details and pass conversations to your team.

Your team stays in control
Your staff manage the connection in our client portal. Meta bills WhatsApp messaging charges directly to your business.
How we look after data
- We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and act on our clients' instructions as a data intermediary.
- WhatsApp messages are stored at rest in Singapore using Meta's local storage option.
- Our client portal does not store message content. Our AI features process messages only to produce replies.
- Access credentials issued by Meta are encrypted and never shown in our systems.
